【摘要】 用强迫接触法测定玻璃上的凯素灵药膜（０．２５及２．５ｍｇ／ｍ２）及奋斗呐药膜（１及１０ｍｇ／ｍ２）对９个年龄雌、雄家蝇的ＫＴ５０及２４ｈ死亡率。１～７天龄家蝇ＫＴ５０随年龄增加而增加；＞７天龄家蝇ＫＴ５０较稳定，并有随年龄增加而减少之趋势。相同处理的雄虫ＫＴ５０均小于雌虫。２．５ｍｇ／ｍ２凯素灵及１０ｍｇ／ｍ２奋斗呐处理家蝇死亡率均为１００％，０．２５ｍｇ／ｍ２凯素灵处理４～１０天蝇死亡率最低，相同药膜处理＞１０天龄家蝇及１ｍｇ／ｍ２奋斗呐处理家蝇死亡率随年龄增加而增加。且雄虫死亡率高于雌虫。更多还原

【Abstract】 The KT50 and 24 hours death rate of 9 age stages of male and female domestic flies to K-otherin(0.25,2.5mg/m2)and Fendona(1,10mg/m2)membrane on glass were tested.The KT50 values of 1 to 7 days old house flies wer eincreased evidently with age increast.The KT50 values of older house flies were decreased slowly with age increase. Each KT50 value of the same dealing male house floyes was less than the female’s.The death rates of house flies which was dealed with 2.5mg/m2 K-otherin and 10mg/m2 Fendona were all 100%.The death rates of 10 to 46 days old house flies dealed with 2.5mg/m2 were lowest and the death rates of house flies dealed with 1mg/m2 Fendona increased with age increase the male death rates were more than female.更多还原
