【摘要】 ＶＣＳＥ－Ｂ（Ⅱ）型真空比对标准装置是由比对法和膨胀法组成的一种复合式真空标准装置。该装置的特点是结构简单、操作方使、检定效率高、量程宽。主要介绍了原理及研制过程中的主要技术难点、调试、标准装置的误差分析等。

【Abstract】 VCSE-B(Ⅱ) Standard device of Vacuum Comparison is a complex vacuum device.It is composed of comparison unit and expansion unit,The specialities of this device are concise framework,convenient Oper-ation,efficient calibration,wide measument range,The principle key technical difficuties in development and manufacture adjustment and error analysis are introduced.
