【摘要】 １９８８年１０月～１９９３年３月，我们对１８例患者施行了胫骨上下干骺端双截骨肢体延长术。１７例为两下肢不等长患者。男１２例，女５例。年龄１７～３０岁，平均２１．５岁。术前患肢短缩３～１１ｃｍ，平均５．３ｃｍ。延长长度为３～１１ｃｍ，平均４．９ｃｍ。延长率为原胫骨长度的１０％～５０％，平均１７％。１例软骨发育不全性侏儒症患者，女，２２岁，身高１４０．５ｃｍ，两下肢各延长６．５ｃｍ。介绍了手术方法。讨论了该手术优点及双下肢延长问题更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Since Oct.1988 to Mar.1993,18 Pa-tients were operated on according to author’s design using the special fixation framesand double metaphyseal osteotomy.Among 18 cases,12 male and 6 fe-male. average age was 21.5 years old.Themean preoperative length was 5.3cm(3～llcm).The mean lengthening was 4.9(3～1lcm).Lengthening rate of tibia was 10～50%,17%in average.
