早熟呈不完全显性的杂交水稻新不育系早显A的选育
Breeding of Zaoxian A,a New CMS Line with the Early Maturity Controlled by an lmcomplete Dominance Gene
【摘要】 采用非洲长药野生稻与柳州野生稻杂交转育,育成了早显A新不育系。利用这一种质资源导入其他育种材料,将实现早熟基因在杂种优势中的利用,从而可克服杂交水稻早熟性与丰产性的矛盾。
【Abstract】 Zaoxian A was developed with an early-matureing F2 plant of the cross between O. longis-taminata from Africa and O.rufpogen from Liuzhou,Guangxi,China crossed to Zhenshan 97(maintainer).It is an early-maturing indica CMS line with its early maturity controlled by an incomplete dominance gene.Because its genetic behavior is simple in early maturity, it is easy to utilize and transfer its early maturitygene to other breeding materials through hybridization and develop various types of early-maturing CMSlines,which may overcome the contradiction between the earty maturity and high-yielding ability in F1 hy-brids.
