果蔬与饮品中Vc的碘酸钾萃取分光光度测定
Extraction spectrophotometric determination of vitamin C in fruit vegetables and beverage with potassium iodate
【摘要】 采用碘酸钾萃取分光光度法,对市售番茄、花菜、苋菜、萝卜、黄瓜、橙子和果珍饮品中的Vc进行了测定,其回收率达95.2%,变异系数4.9%,Vc浓度为20一480μg/mL时吸光率有较好的线性。
【Abstract】 The contents of ascorbic acid in tomato,cauliflower,amaranth,radish,cucumber,orange and fruit beverage on sale were determined by extraction spectrophotometry with potassium iodate. The recovery rate was 95.2% with a coefficient of variation 4.9%. Beer′s law is obeyed over the range 20一480 μg/mL ascorbic acid.
