拟钉螺的实验室饲养观察

【摘要】 在实验室饲养拟钉螺2年8个月,成螺在覆以苔藓植物的潮湿小环境中生长良好,存活率73.5%。16~20℃(1月份)时,成螺无死亡;22℃(5月份以后)以上时,死螺渐增。当26.5~33.5℃(6~9月份时,成螺死亡占全年死亡数的57.4%,成虫于每年的4~5月开始产卵,到6月底结束。19~28℃时,螺卵经6~11d孵出幼螺。在22~33.5℃时。喂饲米粉和干酵母粉的幼螺经110~130d可长为成螺。

【Abstract】 A Tricula snail has been successfully raised at room temperature in our laborato-ry.The adult snails lived well in an artificial wet habitat covered by bryophytes,with a survivalrate of 73.5%. At the temperature of 16~20℃ in January,no one was found dead,while above22℃(after May)the mortality was gradually increased.When the room temperature reached 26.5~33.5℃ during June to September,many of the snails died.The dead snails accounted for 57.4%of the annual dead number Oviposit began from April to May, and terminated by the end ofJune. It took 6~11 days at 19~28℃ for hatching,and 110~130 days at 22~33.5℃ for the larvalstage, when they were fed with rice and yeast powder.
