【摘要】 用甲苯达唑糖片以含药量１０Ｏｍｇ顿服驱除蛲虫，３００ｍｇ２ｄ分服驱除蛔虫，效果均很满意，排虫高峰分别于服药后的第２～３ｄ和第４～５ｄ，治毕３ｗｋ复查，虫卵阴转率分别为１００％和９８％～１００％。采用３００ｍｇ或４００ｍｇ２ｄ分服驱除钩虫和鞭虫，亦取得较好的疗效，排虫高峰分别于服药后的第２～４ｄ和第４～６ｄ，但从虫卵阴转率来看，药物剂量尚属偏低。该药糖片服用方便，效果确实，成本低廉，很受群众欢迎，儿童尤为喜欢，值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the effect of five dosages of mebendazole-medicated candy intreatment of patients with intestinal nematode infection.The results indicated that the effect of asingle dose of 100 mg was satisfactory for expelling adult Enterobius vermicularis.The peak peri-od in expulsion of adult E.vermicularis was the second and third day after treatment and threeweeks later the egg negative conversion rate was 100%.The effects of the doses of 125 mg/d.for2 days and 150 mg/d.for 2 days were satisfactory for expulsion of adult ascaris.The peak periodin expulsion of adult ascaris was the fourth and fifth day after treatment and the egg negative con-version rate was 98.4～100% after three weeks.The effect of the dose of 300mg/2d or 400 mg/2d was good in expelling hookworm and whip-worm.The peak period in expelling adult hookworms and adult whipworms was the second tofourth day and the fourth to sixth day respectively after treatment.But,according to the egg nega-tive conversion rate,the dosage used was lower.The results show that mebendazole-medicated candy is safe and effective for use.It is moreacceptable for children than mebendazole tablets.The authors recommends that this method beuseful to the mass therapy of intestinal nematode infection in both urban and rural areas.更多还原
