~60Co全身照射后人精子与外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变比较

【摘要】 对两例在~60Co辐射事故中全身受到大剂量γ线照射的急性放射病患者照后6(7)年的精子和淋巴细胞染色体畸变进行了分析。两患者138个精子和765个淋巴细胞染色体结构畸变率与对照组比较,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。其精子染色体结构畸变率极显著地高于淋巴细胞(P<0.0001)。精子染色体非交换型畸变是交换型的2倍,淋巴细胞染色体交换型畸变是非交换型的2倍。结果提示:不能用电离辐射对淋巴细胞的远期遗传效应外推其对生殖细胞的作用。

【Abstract】 The analyses of chromosome aberration in peripheral blood lymphocyte and sperm were performed in 2 cases of acute radiation sickness who had exposed to large-dose γ-ray six (seven) years before in 60Co irradiation accidents. In lymphocyte and spermatozoa the incidence of structural chromosome abnormalities in the two patients was much higher than that in controls (P<0.001). The frequency of structurally abnormal complements in germ cells was much higher than that in somatic cells (P<0.0001). The incidence of breakage-type aberration was 2 times higher than that of exchange-type aberration in spermatozoa. Conversely the incidence of exchange-type aberration was 2 times higher than that of breakage-type aberration in lymphocytes. The results indicated that the long-term genetical effect of ionization radiation on germ cells cannot be extrapolated from the analysis of somatic cells.
