【摘要】 30年来收治小儿开放性胸部外伤15例,均为15岁以下的男性病例,其中胸部刺伤7例、水牛角刺伤4例、枪伤3例、涡轮叶击伤1例,经抢救治疗全部痊愈。笔者提出,掌握好伤情判断、观察要点、中转剖胸手术指征是成功的关键,抗休克治疗同时紧急剖胸探查,是开放性胸部外伤垂危患者最有效的抢救措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 15 children with open chest injury were treated in the past 30 years.Their age was under 15 years old.All of them(7 injured by stab,4 by cattle horn,3 by gunshot and 1 by turbine blade)were cured.An accurate estimation of the injury,and a proper exploration of the chest should be the key of saving a cirtical patient.更多还原
