【摘要】 我们为１３例肝静脉和下腔静脉（ＩＶＣ）混合阻塞型（简称混合型）布加氏综合征患者施行了分期手术，并用彩色多普勒显像仪观测了手术前后ＩＶＣ、肝固有动脉和门静脉的血流量，也观测了手术中ＩＶＣ压力和门静脉自由压力（ＦＰＰ）的变化。结果表明分期手术有效地疏通ＩＶＣ和门静脉的血流，既降低ＩＶＣ压力，也降低门静脉压力，是混合型布加氏综合征较理想的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 13 patients with Budd-Chiari’s syndromeof mixing obstructed hepatic veins and inferiorvena cava(IVC)underwent operations at dif-ferent times。Doppler color flow imaging wasused to observe the blood volume in IVC,proper hepatic artery and portal vein beforeand after operation,as well as the IVC andfree portal vein pressure changes during oper-ation。The results showed that operations atdifferent times could effectively stimulate thecirculation of blood in IVC and portal vein,al-so it could reduce IVC pressure as well as por-tal vein pressure。So it was a satisfactory pro-cedure to mixed Budd-Chiari’s syndrome。更多还原
