【摘要】 在探讨以往常用在粉尘与尘肺剂量－反应关系研究中接触剂量指标的基础上，考虑含游离ＳｉＯ２粉尘沉积于肺内即使停止接触仍持续作用，以及进入肺内粉尘部分可被清除等因素，提出了一个新的粉尘接触亡的指标（含游离ＳｉＯ２尘累积肺作用值：Ｄａ）。用实例介绍了公式中逼近系数Ｋ值选择和Ｄａ的计算。同时，叙述了该指标用于最高容许浓度现场研究的剂量。反应关系分析的方法，及容许浓度的推算。此项指标不仅考虑接触粉尘期间的作用，而且将脱尘后粉尘的作用定量地反映在Ｄａ值中，使该指标作为含游离ＳｉＯ２粉尘的接触剂量在剂量－反应关系研究中更为合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new index for dust exposure dose,an accumulated effect value of dust containing free Sio2 on lung(Da),is sug-gested.The methods to choose the approached coefficient(K) and to calculate the index(Da) are presented.Mean-time,how the index is used in the study of dose-response relationship and how the MAC is calculated are described。The index not only deals with the effect of dust during the exposed period,but also reflects the effect of dust after ex-posure in Da value quantitatively,Thus the index is suitable for the study of dose-response relatlonship。更多还原
