【Abstract】 he effects of Guifu Dihuang Pills extract were observed in rabbit IgG accelerated mouse nephritis model in-duced by nephrotoxic serum. The results showed that this preparation could increase serum albumin,reduce urineprotein,serum urea nitrogen and total cholesterol in serum,and improve the histologicaUesions in kidneys. Theeffects of GuiJu Dihuang Pills extract in dosages of 0.3g/kg and 1. 2g/kg were similar to those of cyclophosphamide0.05g/kg.更多还原
