【Abstract】 According to characterization of the alkaloid,Guanfu Base A was freed from Guanfu Base A hydrochloride under pH 8.6～9.This paper described that Guanfu base A hydrochloride in Anxin Injection was separated by TLC. Chloroform-methol(20:1.2)was employed as mobile phase,which was saturated with NH3H2O. The recovery of Guanfu Base A hydrochloride in Anxin Injection was 100.1%(RSD=1.5,n=5).更多还原
