以富锰渣为原料在氯化锰体系中制备电解金属锰

【摘要】 氯化锰溶液电解金属锰具有电流密度大、槽电压低、电耗少等特点。本文叙述了以富锰渣为原料,用盐酸浸出,从氯化锰溶液中制备电解金属锰的试验结果。

【Abstract】 production of electrolytic manganese metal from MnCl2 solution possessed theadvantage of high cathodic durrent density,low cell voltage and less electric eiiergy consumo-tion. In this paper. we reported how the MnCl solution was msde from the reaction of rich-manganous slage with hydrochloric acid,and then electrolytic manganese metal was preparedfrom pure MnCl2 solution by electrolysis.
