【摘要】 本文介绍机动车驾驶员安全素质检测系统中各检测仪器的基本功能，并对该系统的硬件配置、系统功能和系统软件的设计思想作了扼要的阐述。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic functions of the instruments in the testingsystem and briefly expounds the hardwares,the function of the system as a whole and thesoftware design concepts.
