【摘要】 本文报告了应用高分辨力彩超对１１０条下肢静脉血管的诊断，其中２７条病变血管，９３条正常血管。描述了正常下肢静脉血管、深静脉血栓、静脉瓣功能不全及大隐静脉血栓的声像图表现，对下肢静脉疾病的超声检查技术和体会进行了详细讨论和总结．认为彩超对下肢静脉疾病安全、迅速、可了解血管、血流状态和血管周围情况，解释原因不明的肢体肿胀，早期发现深静脉血栓，利于疾病的随访，对疾病的发生、发展、转归及治疗效果的判定有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We examined 110 lower limb viens including 27 diseased and 83 normal with color Dopplerflow imaging (CDFI) . discribed the features of normal vessels, deep venous thrombosis (DVT) . incompetenceof venous valve and thrombosis of long saphenous vein.sumniarized and discussed the experiences of diagno-sis. CDFI is a safe. quick method,can offer informations about hlood vessels. blood flow and its outside condi-tions . so as to explain the limb swelling and find DVT earlier.
