减小莫尔条纹细分误差的新方法

【摘要】 论述在光栅栏位移传感器中,利用莫尔条纹测量技术所存在的问题,提出了在莫尔条纹细分电路中增加一个模拟乘法器,可以减小测量误差和提高分辨力.

【Abstract】 The problems existing in the application of Moirefringe measuring technology in raster displacementtransducer are described. By adding an analogmultiplier in Moire fringe demarcation circuit, themeasuring error can be decreased and the resolutioncan be enhanced.
