【Abstract】 Based on the theoritical analysis and practical tests for the capacitive grid type transducer, the former equivalent circuit has been improved. By using spectral analysis method, the exciting signal, transfer function and output voltage of the transducer are studied and the optimal form is obtained. Also, the novel electrode is given on the basis of reverse design of the transducer.更多还原
