【Abstract】 The status of fabricating inductive displacement transducer by adopting uncrystallized alloy thread is described. The magnetic characteristic of uncrystallized thread with zero magnetostriction coefficient and fabrication of the transducer as well as the principle of measurement are introduced concretely. The transducer detects the displacement within 2μm to 4 mm, the frequency response is 0 to 4kHz.更多还原
