【Abstract】 Abstract The aim of China’s Overseas investment should be based on the general goal of China’s national economic development. At psesent, due to shortage of reconstuction capital, China ’s overseas investment should aim at expanding exports to increase income of foreign exchanges, ie. export-oriented investment. The industrial procedure of China’s overseas investment should be based on the principle of comparative advantages. In particular, the choice of markets should reflect the comparative advantage of China’s industries. The main body of China’s overseas investment should rely on the core of lange state-owned enterprises (banks or financial systems) to organize diversified and multi-dimensional group coporations together with tee hnology-intensive or other minor-production-factor-intensive enterprises.更多还原
