基于自动矢量化的GIS图形库建立快速扫描系统

【摘要】 从地理信息系统建立中耗资最大的基础库建立为出发点,介绍了一种已用于矢量图库建立的新系统——4991S_3图形自动矢量化仪。该仪器不仅能够快速地进行图形自动矢量化,而且在诸如噪声剔除、层面圆滑及层面扩张、层面细化、阈值分层等方面具有实时智能功能,并可自动实现数字化矢量文件格式的栅矢及标准转换,为GIS的建立及普及奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Based on the graphic data base establishment in the GIS, this paper introduces a newsystem-4991S3 graphic autovectorizer that has been tised in building vector graphic data base.With the height 1283 mm.the width 1219 mm and the depth 787 mm,the standard au-tovectorizer hardware consists of a drum,an optical scanner,a carriage that moves the opti-cal scanner,and an electronic module.It can not only scan graphic documents directly withthe size of A0,but also scan graphic documents from the area 128×2 mm to 885×1200 mmwith the resoluion 0.08 mm,the fast digitizing time of A0-size graphic document is 23.5minutes.The autovectorization system can not only autovectorize the graphic documents quick-ly,but also do many things intellecttially like the noise filter,the layers smoothing,the lay-ers growing,the layers thinning,and the layers seperated by vector tolerances,etc.Thedigitizing file of graphic documents can be transfered into your wanting file format,it alsohas many interfaces to other graphic workstations or PC graphic computers system.Based on those features,and facing to the backward of graphic documents digitizing inGIS building pace in our country,this paper gives a point to set up local GIS system basedon the 4991S3 and other large sheet atitovectorizers system,with this method,the GIS sys-tem can be easily and widely built,and the unifying development of GIS and remote sensing can be fasten.
