【摘要】 为观察急性苯中毒对小鼠骨髓细胞超微结构的影响，用ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小白鼠做了急性毒性实验。结果表明，苯中毒影响了多个系统的血细胞，变性、坏死的血细胞多为分化成熟中的细胞，而且，对粒系细胞影响最为严重，超微结构的改变与末梢血粒细胞减少相一致。有孔毛细血管扩张，血管内皮细胞呈变性改变，另外，在某些粒细胞浆中发现一些巨大杆状包涵体，无论在外形和结构上都与Ａｕｅｒ小体相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acute toxic effects of benzene to the ultrastructural changes in bone marrow cells of BALB/c mice were studied. The targets of benzene toxicity were bone marrow cells in the maturation and proliferation process, particularly in granulocytes. The giant rod-shaped inclusion body that was similar to Auer body in shap and structure was found in some granulocytes.更多还原
