【Abstract】 hydroxy-2-decencic(10-HDA) dose-dependently inhibited the formation of the gastric ulcer induced by stress,pyloric ligation and indomethacin sepectively in rats.10HDA also accelerated the healing of gastric ulcerinduced by acetic acid and it was proved by hislo-pathologiCal examination.The gastric acid output was decreased by this drug in a dose-dependent mannes.10-HDA promoted the combination of gastric wall with mucus and increased the generation of DNA 、cAMP and PGE2 in gastric tissue.It is suggested that antiulcer effcts off 10-HDA may relate to inhibiting the secretion of gastric acid and increasing the ability of gastric mucosal cytoprotection.更多还原
