由溅射法制备的银超微粒的俘获凝聚过程

【摘要】 在线度空间内，从唯象度度，且在线性近似条件下，建立了超微粒密度的线度分布函数所满足的场方程．进而对溅射具体情况分析了场方程的具体解．最后，利用所求得的具体解模拟了实测的溅射俘获凝聚过程．

【Abstract】 In phenomenological view and under linear appoximation,the random field equation satisfiedby the size distributive function of Ag-ultrafine particles(Ag-UFP)is established. Moroover, solutionof field equation is analysed on tne coneret conditions of the sputting process. Finally, with the helpof the measured data,the specific selution of field equation is applied to the determination of the struc-ture-exponents of Ag-UFP-system.
