奶牛产后子宫及卵巢超声影像学变化规律的研究
THE PATTERN OF ULTRASONIC CHANGES IN TRE UTERUS ANDOVARY OF THE POSTPARTUM DAIRY COW
【摘要】 应用B-型实时超声断层扫描(B-超)和放免技术监测产后奶牛子宫和卵巢构相以及外周血浆中雌激素、孕酮和前列腺素F2。代谢物(PGFM)含量的变化,结果表明,应用B-超可监测到子宫各部分和卵巢的细微复旧变化,并可根据子宫超声影像变化特点判定体内雌激素和孕酮的消长。子宫孕角、空角和子宫颈完成复旧的平均时间分别为41.0±8.8,30.6±3.0和46.7±3.9天。子宫复旧速度不受前妊娠黄体(Corpusluteumofpreviouspregnancy,CLPP)退化时间早晚和外周血浆中PGFM含量高低影响。受试牛在产后平均33.0±7.9天首次排卵,所形成的黄体有50%寿命短于15天,这些短命黄体的体积(P<0.05)和孕酮分泌量(P<0.01)都显著低于正常黄体。
【Abstract】 Involutionary changes of the uterus and ovary were monitored by B-mode ultrasoundscanner in twenty postpartum cows, meantime the concentration of oestradiol-17β, pro-gesterone and Prostaglandin F2a metabolite (PGPM) in peripheral circnlation of tbe exp-erimental cows were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results indicated in detail by us-ing ultrasound scanner during the phase of uterine involution, and the oestrus could beindicated by the differences of the ultrasonograms of the genital tract at the time. Thezneantime for the completion of involution of previously gravid, non-gravid uterine hornand cervix were 41.018±8, 30.6±3.0 and 46.7±3.9 days, respectively. There was noinfluence of the duration of the corpus luteuin of previous Pregnancy (CLPP) and theconcentration of PGFM on the rate of uterine involution. The mean time for the firstPostpartuni ovulation was 33.0±7.9 days, 50% of the resulting corpus luteum (CL)wasless than 15 days in life, besides, its size (p<0.05) and its progesterone secretion (p<0.01) were significantly less compared with norzzial CL.
