铸渗工艺在冷激凸轮轴生产中的应用研究

【摘要】 通过铸渗工艺（在碲或碲化物作用下），可使凸轮轴工作表面形成4～8mm白口层，其硬度为48～50HRC；以求达到不用冷铁生产冷激铸铁凸轮轴．

【Abstract】 Experiment showed that a chilled layer with thickness of 4~ 8mm and hardness of 48~50 HRC could be formed on the working surfaces of camshaft by cast penetrating of tellurium so that the chilled camshaft could be produced without chills
