【Abstract】 Using thin layer chromatogaphy(TLC) with FTIR to analyze some mixtures whlch are in microgram amount,non-volatile and difficult to separate is a quite simple,convenient and inexpensive method.Analect RFX-65 Chromelect TLC/FTIR system was used. Infrared spectra of four components of sample A were obtained. And also, the samples of lμg and 5μg sym-trinitrotoluene were measured in the sameway.
