PZN—PFN—PFW三元系高介电常数材料的研究
A study of High Dielectric Constant materials in PZN-PFN-PFW Ternary System
【摘要】 本文研究了Pb(Zn1/3Nb(2/3))O3-Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3三元系电容器材料。居里温度在室温附近的配方组成,能在870°~890℃烧结而具有较高的介电常数。讨论了少量添加剂对三元系材料介电性能的影响。钙钛矿型结构的配方组成具有高的介电常数和较低的电容温度系数。
【Abstract】 The Pb (Zn1/3Nb2/3) O3 (PZN-Pb (Fe1/2Nb1/2) O3 (PFN)-Pb (Fe2/3W1/3) O3 (PFw) ternary system was studied for capacitor CeramicsA batch with a curie temperature around room temperature firied at 870-890℃ showes high dielectric constant. Effect of small amounts of additives on the ternary system was discussed for dielectric properties. Compositions with perouskite structure, having high dielectric constant and lower temperature coefficient of capacitance, have been identified
