高频焊管微区腐蚀电位分布

【摘要】 采用微区电位测试技术,分别测定了4种管线钢焊接接头在混合硝盐介质中的微电位分布图.结果表明:4种管线钢焊接接头的焊缝部位最易于发生局部腐蚀,其焊接接头抗局部腐蚀能力由大到小依次为住友、川崎、11~#、5~#.

【Abstract】 The micro-area potential distribution diagrams of four kinds of welded joints of high-frequency welding tube were measured by means of the scanning micro-electrode technology. The results showed that in the four kinds of welded joints, weld metals were the most easy to corrode; the corrosion resistance of the four welded joints from high to low was SUMITOMO, KAWASAKI, 11# , and 5#.
