用阻抗法研究硫脲对稀盐酸中铁的缓蚀作用
Study on the Effect of Thiourea on Iron Corrosion Inhibition In 1 mol/L HCl by Impedance Technique
【摘要】 测量了1mol/LHCl+xmmol/LTU(x=0,0.1,0.5,1,2,4)中铁的电极阻抗和稳态极化曲线,对铁在上述溶液中的腐蚀机理进行了分析,并建立了铁电极阻抗的等效电路.实验结果表明硫脲不改变1mol/LHCl中铁的腐蚀历程,它主要通过对铁腐蚀反应中间产物的吸附过程的作用来影响铁的腐蚀行为.
【Abstract】 The electrods impedance and steady-state polarization curves of iron are measured in 1 mol/L HCl +x m mol/LTU (x=0, 0. 1, 0. 5, 1, 2, 4 ). By analysing the corrosion mechanism of iron in the above-mentioned solutions, the impedance equivalent curcuit of iron electrode in the solutions is established. The results show that TU does not alter the corrosion mechanism of iron in 1 mol/L HCl and mainly influences the absorption process of the intermediate species of iron corrosion in 1 mol/L HCl.
