【摘要】 对１６３例不育男性和２６例生育男性做了精子尾部低渗肿胀率的测定，其结果表明，不育男性精子尾部低渗肿胀率显著低于生育男性。精子尾部低渗肿胀率与精子活动力、活动率呈显著正相关，与精子畸形率呈显著负相关。生殖道感染患者精子尾部低渗肿胀率显著低于非感染组。精子尾部低渗肿胀率与精子密度、精液量、ｐＨ、及液化时间无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypotonic swelling rate of speg rm tail were tested in 163 cases of maleinfertility and 26 cases of normal males. The results show that hypotonic Swelling rateof sperm tail in male infertility was obviously lower than that in the control group.Hy-potonic swelling rate of sperm tail had significant positive correlation with notility andmobility rate. But it had significant negative correlation with abnormality rate ofsperms. Hypotonic swelling rate of sperm tail in patients with infection of genital tractwas obviously lower than that in the no infection group, and had no relationship withthe density,quantity,pH and the time liquefaction of the semen.更多还原
