【Abstract】 The paper reports the developing solvent was selected to separated well for analysis the fruit of simpleleaf shrub chastetree using adsorption thin-layer chromatography.the quantitative analysis method for determination vitexin and p-hydroxbenzoic acid in fruit of simpleleaf shrub chastetree was established by thin-layer scanner,the results of recovery tests were satisfied.更多还原
