依托咪酯对小儿肾上腺皮质激素含量的影响
Influence of Etomidate on Adrenocortical Function in Children
【摘要】 依托咪酯是用于小儿全麻快速诱导的麻醉药之一。本文观察一次静脉注射依托咪酯(0.3mg/kg)对小儿肾上腺皮质功能的影响。结果发现用药后15min、切皮lh、2h后血浆皮质醇和醛固酮含量均明显低于麻醉前水平(P<0.01),其中以切皮后2h含量最低。而硫喷妥钠组切度后1、2h血浆皮质醇和醛固酮含量明显高于麻醉前水平(P<0.01)。依托咪酯组明显低于硫喷妥钠组(P<0.01)。实验结果提示,依托咪酯(0.3mg/ks)能明显抑制小儿肾上腺皮质功能。
【Abstract】 Etomidate has been one of intravenous anesthetics used in podiatric general anesthesia induction.The purpose of this paper is to assess the effect of etomidate (0.3 mg/kg) on adrenocortical function in children.The experiment results showed that the plasma levels of cortisol and aldosterone were significantly decreased 15 minutes after administra-tion,and l,2 hours after incision as compared with preanesthesia value in etomidate group (P<0.01 ). Among them the levels of cortisol and aldosterone were the lowest at 2 hours after incision.Nevertheless,plasma concentration of cortisol and aldosterone were markedly higher than those of preanesthesia values 1 and 2 hours after incision in thiopentone group (P<0.01).The plasma levels of cortisol and aldosterone in etomidate group were statistically lower than those of thiopentone group (P<0.01).This results demonstrated that eto-midate (0.3 mg/kg) can significantly suppress adrenocortical function in children.
