【Abstract】 Determination of flurine and iodine in a Single solution of human hair samples with ionselective electrodes has been investigated.It was found that a buffer system of 1.0 mol/L sodium citrate-1.0 mol/L sodium nitrate at pH 5.5 was the best for this method. At lower concentrations, the accuracy, precision and limit of detection of the method can be much improved by using a program of cubic spline interpolation for the non-linear portion of the calibration curve.更多还原
