【Abstract】 Samples of fruit are hydrolyzed with alcoholic sodium hydroxide solution and evaporates to dryness.The residue is heated with sodium hydroxide at 500℃·Then the bromide is determined by HPLC on a Shim-pack IC-A1 column using 0.6 mmol/L sodium perchlorate solution as mobile phase and detected at 205 nm with a UVdetector.The recoveries of the method are 83.3～98.4%,with a cofficient of variation 0.95%～4.04% and a limit of detection of 10(-6).更多还原
