空肠弯曲菌外膜蛋白对巨噬细胞的活化作用
Activation of Macrophage by Outer Membrane Proteins of Campylobacter Jejunl
【摘要】 用甘氨酸一盐酸法提取空肠弯曲菌主要外膜蛋白,观察经免疫小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能、碳素廓清率及抗原介导粘附抑制率。结果说明,经免疫后的巨噬细胞吞噬功能和碳素廓清率均明显高于对照组,但抗原介导巨噬细胞粘附抑制率则无显著差异。
【Abstract】 uter membrane surface components of Gram’s-negative bacteria have been shown to causeactivation of macrophage. To determine the extract of glycine-hydrochloride of Campylobacter jejuni for biological activity we assayed the phagocytosis, carbon clearing rate and antigen mediatedmttachment inhibition. The results show that the phagocytosis rate was 22.9±7.7% in GE antigengroup and 7±4. 87% in control group (P<0.001), the carbon clearing rate was 5.16±0.88% and3. 0±0.78% respectively (P<0. 002) byt the antigen mediated attachment inhibition rate was 78.5±27.9% and 52.6±6.5% (P>0.05) respectivelys.
