【Abstract】 This paper deals with the model, namely, three——stage——development of spot, axis, and network in the regional development system in Hunan. Based on all this, the author makes a suggestion that it should enforce "the strategy of unbalanced, coordinative development" to development four industrial zones and four economic development circles, and develop emphatically East Hunan industrial zone, around the Dongting lake economic development circle and Changsha—Zhuzhou—Xiangtan’s one.更多还原
