均匀设计法在优化青霉素1~＃、2~＃菌种培养基配方中的应用
The Application of the Uniform Design to the Formulea optimization of the Culture Media of 1 ￣# and 2￣# Penicillium Producing Strains (PPS)
【摘要】 我们将均匀设计法与传统正交设计法相结合，通过实验成功地优化青霉素菌种配方，筛选培养基。（仅ｕ／ｍｌ这一项就比对照１＃配方高２０．７５％，比２＃配方高３１．８４％）。
【Abstract】 In this paper,combined the uniform design with the orthogonal design in experiments,We successfully optimized and screened the midia of penicillium producing strains l’ and 2# which could increase pen cillin titre 20. 75% and 31. 84% for 1#,2# PPS respectively.
