机械搅拌反应釜内三相淤浆床甲醇合成宏观反应动力学
GLOBAL KINETICS OF METHANOL SYNTHESIS IN THREE PHASE SLURRY REACTOR
【摘要】 本文研究机械搅拌反应釜内三相淤浆床甲醇合成的宏观反应动力学,反应压力5MPa,反应温度为210~250℃,采用0.125~0.154mm(100目~120目)C301铜基甲醇合成催化剂,食品级液体石蜡作惰性液相介质,反应气体含CO、CO_2、H_2、N_2及CH_4,搅拌器转速950r/min。实验测定宏观反应动力学数据,应用改进高斯-牛顿法参数估值,获得宏观动力学方程。
【Abstract】 The global kinetics of methanol synthesis from carbon monoxide,carbon dioxideand hydrogen was investigated in a three phase slurry reactor with mechanical agitator, Re-action conditions were as follows :pressure 5 MPa,temperature 210~250℃,catalyst size 0. 125~0.154mm(100~120mesh), liquid paraffin as inert liquid phase and speed of agitator950 r/min. Methanol concentration in the gaseous product was in general equal to 7~8percent, being higher than that in the traditional gas- solid catalytic process. By the improvedGauss-Newton method, Langmuir-Hinshelwood type global kinetic models of the parallelhydrogenation of CO and CO2 have been developed in terms of fugacities of reaction components.
