【摘要】 以卵巢切除术制做绝经期后骨质疏松症大鼠模型，应用双能Ｘ线骨密度扫描技术动态观测该模型骨丢失的程度和灌服自拟中药密骨煎的防治作用，结果显示模型组术后８周与对照组比较有异常骨丢失（Ｐ＜０．００１）；中药组骨丢失程度较模型组明显减轻（Ｐ（０．００５）；表明密骨煎对绝经期后骨质疏松症有防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of Migu jian, a decocti on consis ting of Rhizoma Rehmannlae Praeparatae,Herba Epimedii, Psoralea corylifolia,Psoralea corylifolia, Radix Salviae milliorrhizae,etc,etc,on bone loss of post-menopausal osteoporosis f the bonemineral content (BMC)was determined with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,Three groups of female SD rats were observed,i.e., bilateral ovariectomized and untreated (group I),bilateral oveari-ectomized and tlreated with Migu jian(group Ⅱ),and sham ovarlectomized and untreated (group Ⅲ).Eight weeks after operation the results showed that the BMC(3.07 ± 1,72) and BMC/body weight(0.010 ± 0.006)in group I were signifecantly lower than those(14.30±3.52 and 0.050±0.010 respectively) in groupⅢ(P<0.001),the BMC(8.16±3.54) and BMC/body weight (0.026 ± 0.010)in group Ⅱ were also lower significantly than those in group Ⅲ(P<0.02),but were higher than those in group I s ignificantly (P<0.005).It is demonst rated that Migu jian may reduce bone loss in ovariectomize d rats.更多还原
