【摘要】 用不同剂量鸡促性腺激素释放激素（cGnRH-Ⅰ和 cGnRH-Ⅱ）单独或与鸡 LH（cLH）协同处理短期（3h）培养的鸡卵泡颗粒细胞,以观察鸡 GnRH 对颗粒细胞孕酮分泌的影响。结果表明:随着卵泡的成熟,孕酮分泌量逐渐增加,到 F₁卵泡时增加最明显;在本实验所用剂量范围内,鸡 GnRH 对颗粒细胞孕酮分泌有促进作用,其中 GnRH-Ⅰ对 F₁至 F₄卵泡颗粒细胞孕酮分泌都有明显促进作用,GnRH-Ⅱ使 F₂至 F₄卵泡颗粒细胞孕酮分泌量有增加,而对F₃卵泡颗粒细胞作用最明显,用鸡 GnRH 预处理30min 能加强鸡 LH 对鸡卵泡的颗粒细胞孕酮分泌的促进作用,其中 GnRH-Ⅱ的促进作用更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chicken GnRH（cGnRH-Ⅰ,cGnRH-Ⅱ）with or without chicken LH（cLH）were added in- to the medium containing chicken granulosa cells,incubating for 3 hours,to investigate the effect of cGnRH on progesterone secretion from granulosa cells.The result indicated that the amounts of proges- terone secretion from granulosa cells gradually increased with the follicular maturation from F₄～F₁ in the control groups without exagerous hormones and obvious increase was found from F₁ granulosa cells.With the doses used in the study,cGnRH-Ⅰ stimulated progesterone secretion from granulosa cells of F₁～F₄ granulosa cells.When granulosa cells from F₁,F₃ follicles were preincubated with cGnRH for 30 minutes, the subequent secretion of progesterone in response to cLH was significantly enhanced,cGnRH-Ⅱ was more potent than cGnRH-Ⅰ in view of dose response.更多还原
