北京地区稻田固氮蓝藻研究:Ⅰ.固氮蓝藻种类与群落演替
Studies on Nitrogen-fixing Algae in the Rice Field of Beijing Area:Ⅰ.Species and Community Development of N2-Fixing Algae
【摘要】 从北京水稻田分离出固氮蓝藻6属15种,其中鱼腥属 Anabaena 3种,念珠藻属Nostoc 6种,筒孢藻属 Cylindrospermum 3种,单歧藻属 Tolypothrix、飞氏藻属 Fischerella、席藻属 Phormidium 各1种。它们种类随季节变化:水稻栽培前期以简孢藻属为主,中期种类较多、生物量较少,后期以简孢藻属、念珠藻属、单歧藻属为主,整个水稻生育期以静水简孢藻为优势种。
【Abstract】 The N2-fixing algae were isolated from the paddy field of Beijing and the 15 species,which belonged to 6 genera:Anabaena Bory,3 species.Nostoc Vauch.6 species.Cylindrospermum,Kutz,3 species.Tolypothrix Kutz.1 species.Fisherella Gom.1 Species,Phormidium Kutz.1 Species.were identified The evolution characteristic of the N2-fixing algae in the paddy field of Beijing has been investi- gated.Cylindrospermum stagnale(Kutz)Born.et Flah acts as dominant N2-fixing species in the rice growth season in the paddy field of Beijing.
