【摘要】 本文报告44例不育夫妇多管法上游精子宫内授精治疗结果,不育原因为宫颈或宫颈粘液异常.男方因素或不明原因性的.总共授精119个周期,受孕15例,受孕率为34.09%,周期受孕率12.61%,宫颈因素组受孕率和周期受孕率均高于男方因素与原因不明组.讨论认为本方法对不育症有实际治疗作用,成功率受到精子处理、授精技术、授精时机、受精妇女生育功能等因素影响.在连续治疗4个周期未受孕者应改变治疗策略.更多还原

【Abstract】 The result of 44 infertile couples treated with AIH using multi-tubeswiming-up technic was reported. The infertile factors included abnormality of cervix and cervical mucus, male causes and unknown factors. 15 cases got pregnant in a total of 119 treatment cycles, with a cumulative pregnant rate and pregnant rate of per treatment cycle 34.09% and 12.61% respectively.The successful rate was influenced by sperm treatment, insemination technic,insemination time,and the fertile function of the receiver etc.The therapeutic strategies are supposed to be changed if four successive treatment cycles are failed.更多还原
