【摘要】 实验用休产期四季鹅20只,随机分成四组:生理盐水组、NE组、酚妥拉明+NE组、育亨宾组.结果显示:生理盐水组、酚妥拉明+NE组血浆LH变化较平稳,略呈下降趋势;育亨宾组呈上升趋势,35min和105min出现两个峰值;NE组呈上升趋势.50min和105min出现两个峰值.表明第Ⅲ脑室注入NE对休产期四季鹅下丘脑的作用是促进LH的分泌,是通过α受体起作用的.更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty non-laying Siji goose were intraventricularly injected and randomly assigned to four groups. The results were as follows: in saline and phentolamine + NE groups. Plasma LH did not vary greatly but have a little tendency of decrease. Plasma LH in-creased and showed two peaks in 35 and 105 minutes in yohimbine group. Plasma LH in-creased and showed two peaks in 50 and 105 minutes in NE group. The results showed that the third ventricle injected NE could promote the release of LH by a-receptor on hypothala-mum in the non-laying goose.更多还原
