氯化镧对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响

【摘要】 以炭末胶液在小鼠胃肠推进距离占小肠全长的百分数为指标,研究了氯化镧对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响。结果如下:(1)氯化镧低剂量时促进胃肠推进运动。高剂量时则用巨,对推进运动呈抑制效应;(2)以相同剂量的氯化镧灌胃、皮下注射和静脉注射,对胃肠推进运动的影响均不明显,唯腹腔注射具有上述(1)项结果;(3)异搏定、阿托品、酚妥拉明、心得安都不能拮抗或阻断氯化镧抑制胃肠推进运动的作用,但Ca ̄(2+)可部分地拮抗氯化镧的作用;(4)反复注射氯化镧10d,小鼠胃肠对氯化镧产生耐受性,但停止注射10d后,已产生的耐受性可消退。

【Abstract】 Experiments were performed to investigate the effects of lanthanum chloride onthe propulsive motility of the gastrointestinal tract in mice.The distance travelled by thecharcoal meal from the pylorus to the caecum was measured after administration oflanthanum chloride.The ratio is expressed as a percentage of the distance travelled by thecharcoal meal and the total intestinal length.The ratio is taken as the index of propulsivemotility.The results are as follows.The"biphasic effects"of lanthanum chloride on thegastroiritestinal propulsive motility in mice were observed.Lanthanum chloride 4 mg/kg ipcould significantly accelerate the propulsive motility of the gastrointestinal tract(p<0.05).On the contrary,the drug at a dose from 16 to 64 mg/kg ip inhibited the propulsive motility(p<0.01 ro p<0.001).And the effects were in a dose dependent.The effects of lanthanumchloride were obvious by ip adminiStration. However.it was not obvious by sc. ig and iv. Theinhibitory effect of lanthanum chloride on the propulsive motility was not blockes by ipadministration of verapamil(10 mk/kg).atropine(5 mg/kg).regitine(10 mg/kg)andproprariolol( 5 mg/kg ).But it could be antagonized by Ca ̄(2+) partially.The gastrointestinaltract of mice could develop the tolerance to lanthanum chloride. However.this state oftolerance was faded off gradually after the injection of lanthanum chloride stopped.
