【摘要】 以Fe2O3为基,加MnO2、Co2O3、CuO在1260℃烧结后磨细,制成高发射率粉末。加入研制的粘结剂,解决了涂料与金属基体的粘结问题。采用上有涂料的电阻带及复合炉衬,电阻炉可节能40%。在炉窑上单用涂料,亦有显著节能效果。

【Abstract】 A high quality high emissivity coating was Prepared by the authors, using Fe2O3 as base material,MnO2,Chzos,CuO as ndditives,thch sintering at 1260C aam ground to fine POwder of 320 . By uaing the electric redStance tape and compositeturnace lining coated with the coating mix,energy-saving up to 40% can ho chital. When the high emisivity coating Straightly used in furnace and kiln,energy S8ving effed is abc Obvious. It was apptediated and recommended to Plomotiou applicationby Chinee govement.
