【摘要】 本文根据不寐证在高校学生中的发病特点、病理基础及临床上常用的心理疏导疗法的选择等作了初步的探讨．

【Abstract】 This paper,acccording to the featares of insomnia at colleges and universities,discusses the choosing of the pathology basis and psychological dredging methods frequenly used in clinical treatment.
