青海省某铜钴矿的综合利用研究
On the Multipurpose Utilization of a Copper-Cobalt Deposit in Qinghai Province
【摘要】 根据青海某铜钴复合硫化矿中黄铜矿结晶细、钴分散且共生关系复杂等特点,确定原矿粗磨-浮选抛尾的分选流程,制得铜、钴混合粗精矿(含Cu1.5%、Co0.13%),再经硫酸化焙烧—酸浸—萃取—亚钴法制取硫酸铜和氧化钴。铜、钴浸出率分别达到96.86%和86.34%,铜、钴的选冶总收率为86.54%和73.86%,尾渣成分达到铁精矿标准,实现无尾渣处理。
【Abstract】 AbstractCopper and Cobalt occur as complexsulfides in the deposit.Chalcopyrite crystalsare fine and cobalt distribute dispersively inthe ores. Intergrowth between minerals inthe ores is complicate. Recommened flow-sheet is " grinding- floatation for rejectingtailings sulphating roasthg-acid leaching-extraction-producing Copper sulphateand Cobalt oxide".The rougher from floata-tion contains 1.5%Cu,0.13%Co. Theleaching rate of Copper and Cobalt is96. 86%and 86. 34%respectively. Total re-covery from the flowsheet is 86.54%Cop-per and 73.86%Cobalt.Slag from theleaching is qualified as iron concentrate.
