M2Al超硬高速钢轴承成形刀强韧化工艺
Strengthening and Toughening Technique of M2Al HSS Gauge Bit forBearing Ring
【摘要】 通过对M2Al超硬高速钢的力学性能试验和生产试用,提出了适合轴承成形刀的强韧化工艺,并对该工艺进行了初步理论分析。经强韧化处理的M2Al成形刀较原W18Cr4V成形刀的使用寿命提高50%,明显地提高了生产效率。
【Abstract】 By mechanical property testing and productional application, a optimal strengthening and toughening technique of M2Al HSS gauge bit for bearing ring is proposed and analysed. Compared with W18Cr4V gauge bit, the service live of the M2Al tool is increased by a factor of 1. 5.
