【摘要】 运用扫描电镜，对５个水稻亚种间杂交稻及其亲本成熟籽粒胚乳淀粉粒的形态、大小和排列等性状进行了观察比较。观察发现：１．籽粒充实度好的材料，其胚乳内的淀粉粒发育好，大多为多面体状的淀粉复粒，排列紧密以至粘挤在一起；充实度差的材料，其淀粉粒不整齐，存在大小明显不同的两种，形状大体均为椭球形，排列疏松，粒间隙大；充实度为中等的，则表现为背部类似充实好者，而腹部或中央部类似充实差者。２．双亲胚乳淀粉粒发育好，其杂种的胚乳淀粉粒发育一般也好；杂种胚乳淀粉粒发育属中间类型的，双亲中至少有一方淀粉粒发育不良；部分杂种组合籽粒的淀粉粒的形态与排列存在分离现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pattern,arrangcment and propcrties of the cndosperm starch granules in five kinds ofhybrid rice grain between subspecies were observed and compared with Scanning Elcctron Mieroseope。Results showed that:I.If the grain was well filled,most of the starch granulcs in end osperm werepolyhedron,commpound and closed,if the grain was bad fille、they cxisted in the commpound as well asin the single,and arranged loosely.Morcover,there was a wide space betwecn the starch granules;if thegrain was medieum filled,its back was well filled and its front and its centrc was bad filled.2.Thecndosperm starch granules of two parents were well devcloped,so did the hybrid progeny,if the starehgranules in hybrid rice cndosper, were medieum devcloped at least,there was one of two parents filledbadly.The pattern and arrangcment of starch granules grain of some of the hybrid rice existed a seperated appearance.更多还原
